do you do the nuts (nyloc) on the rear subframe pins. I appear to be just squashing the rubber bushes and I imagine could eventually bottom out but is that right - there would be no play in the bushes then to give cusioning.

They are supposed to be tight. The shoulder on the pin sets the compression of the rubber.
Same setup as front tiebar rubbers, really.

You've got the large washers for them right? It shouldn't be an issue if these washers are in there.
