I remember seeing that one! Last saw it at Minis at the mill aaaages ago - I think it ended up going to Blair Athol and was for sale for a while? but it is long gone now - whilst my memory is sketchy, I remember seeing it and thinking to myself "someone broke into a substation 50 years ago to build this" - it was a pretty agricultural build.
...and CHECK OUT THE SIZE OF THAT MOTOR! Overkill much?!! But it would be interesting to know how he has connected the motor to the wheels - it's a bit trickier in a mini as you can't just remove the engine, make an adaptor plate and plonk the motor on the end of the gearbox shaft as in these examples:
