I've found out recently that the crank in NAV's 998 is rooted. A good mate has an A+ 998 kicking around he'll donate to me. Are the cranks interchangeable? If not what are the differences or changes needed to make it fit a non A+ block and gearbox?

To answer your original question, yes the cranks are interchangeable.

Really? Cheers Aaron. I love this Ausmini community, there is always someone willing to get behind another mini nutter and help. What would you like in exchange for it? I need a crank soon to NAV back on the road, and with any luck to the muster this year.

Is it a straight swap over if I use my existing primary gear?

Thanks for the offer. I'll get in touch if my other options fall through first.
