Just a thought, do you have a return spring on the clutch arm?

how long is the rod that goes into the slave cylinder. If its too long, as was what was the problem in my case, it will not return the bearing enough and it will be sitting on the diaphram, this will cause the bearing to spin all the time and you will get noise.

without the spring on, when you pull the clutch arm, do you get any clearance from the adjuster bolt. how far have you adjusted the bolt out. A new clutch wont need this adjusted out all the way.

for me the length of the rod in the slave cylinder cause ALOT of my problems being too long.
