Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.

I think you should fix him. Like everyone else has said, once you've fixed him you will know exactly what's in the car which is a BIG positive.
Yes you could buy another car for the same price and maybe a little cheaper but you don't know what the body is like and then you have to try and sell Tiny either as parts :( or for way less than what it's worth and what you've already spent on him.
FIX THE DAM CAR

As we have said in the past FIX IT!

If money is the problem, just do it in stages.
Repair. Easy fix
Wait for while (its been sitting in the garages for ages anyway)
Strip and prep
Paint
Wait
Do engine whilst waiting for paint
Pickup a disc brake bargin somewhere, you have plenty of time.

What is your hurry - His been in the garage doing nothing.

FIX IT
Plenty of offers (PM Doogie to get another quote from his contact)
Give to Micheal for the repair??
Just do something before he rusts away.

Easy repair
I wish Boris was only $8K when he was finished

Fix it mate.
Buy another body and you may get some nasty surprises 8) Work with what you know. My Cooper S body was much worse than what you have. Keep a body on the road. The future mini nuts will love you for it.

It is too hard for you to fix.
Sell it to someone else.

some times you have to start a fresh and although its not that bad, its not the point, the fact is you want something big and you wouldn't be satisfied with the fixed tiny. its up to you
