I agree, if you are doing track work.
Mine is a daily driver. On track days I block the PCV to manifold off and run the vent hose, and another off the rocker cover, into a catch tank.
This is not a performance thing, I see no power gain.
If I don't disable the PCV, having the vent above the primary gear it dumps oil into the manifold at high rpm on long LH bends, eg the fish hook at Wakefield Pk. Makes like JB007.
If it was a Cooper S block with the side cover vent, I would keep the PCV connected.
