Decided it was time to get back into it :P

Removed more of the Interior and RH Window and went Rust spotting.

Put the new Cooper S pulley on the 1412's crank, and bolted the MED damper to it.
Set TDC with a dial gauge and marked the pulley.
Fitted the starter.
Tomorrow I'll prime the oil pump and crank it over with plugs out until it's got oil pressure. Then it's all ready to drop in. :P

Changed the oil from 25W50 to Penrite HPR50 40W-70, oil pressure is back up again when hot :D
Hopefully it should slow down the oil leaks in the gearbox too

Good luck with that...
I bet in the middle of winter, you won't be able to get gears. The stuff is so thick then, it sticks the primary gear to the crank.
Happened to my son's Clubby, in Sydney.
If you must use Penrite (I used to..) I'd stick to HPR40.
