So I jumped in the Mini this morning and went straight through the seat. Sitting low in the mini is fun....but this is going too extreme.

I had a look, and the black rubber sheet / netting that is under has split right down the centre, theres about 1cm on one end that is holding it together.

Can this be replaced repaired ?

*I now know I can replace it, they sell them on Minispares UK site.

Or would I be better off putting up with the doona that I stuffed under my seat (yes..it works) & get myself a cobra seat ?

If I have to buy new seats, I don't want Rover ones, as they are probably just as expensive as some aftermarket ones.

You can buy the new rubbers, but they are not that cheap.
Cheers Pete

Different to my Rover one, I will grab a picture when I can. But holy crap, $80 is a bit steep for a bit of bloody rubber.

*Added pic to original post, and made the description better than what I had.

Might end up getting some rubber matting from the local rubber place and do it myself.
