He's just tricking. For some reason the exhaust side of a Derrington 7 Port has two holes where the inlet ports are on a normal head. I reckon he's put the SUs on there so that people would put pictures of it on the internet.

I guess of interest would be to see where the fuel and accelerator cable terminate. It looks like the fuel line just loops between the two SU's and the cable goes up and out of sight no where near the weber setup (ie to the pedal)?
