I pull the heater apart about 2 years ago to overhaul it and repair the core- now I can't work out how it goes back together :?

Anyone know of exploded diagrams ?

What type of heater was it? (maybe a pic of what you have)

Not the best, but a start!

Probably the metal bodied one?

Looks like the plastic bodied on on the left - can't see much from that diagram though

I can't find the right one for the plastic heater that was fitted to the Aus Mk2 Cooper S but I have this one that is similar except for the flap controls.

Hmmmm....thanks for the effort Morris but not quite right - think there is a bullet shaped cone on one end and I'm sure the small pipes on the core are on the left hand side looking at it - tap control it there also - Home at the weekend and I'll dig it all out and get serious with it. The model I have also has separate controls on a plate hanging under the parcel shelf near the steering column - (looking for one of those as well)

Ah, Ozzy Clubbie heater!

These are listed in the parts book, but no diagram. There's not much to it. I'm sure if you sat down for 15 minutes with a cuppa and a smoke, you'd soon figure it.

If the tap is cactus, use one of these with a longer cable, they are way cheaper than the original

http://www.minisport.com.au/prod210.htm

It mount straight to the cylinder head in place of the elbow over no. 4 cylinder.

I'll be replacing my clubby tap soon (or just installing - there's no tap at the moment) . I was just going to use one of these:

This might require a little time for fitting and adjustment, but I'm stubborn and usually get things working.

For a cooper s heater I wonder if you could have the shutter connected to the valve via cable? You could put the valve just before the heater radiator so when one closes the shutter it also closes the valve from hot water circulation.

Good price but they are for 5/8"hose. The stock Ozzy Mini's were all 1/2", Do they have them in this size?
