Changing my mechanical temp gauge to electrical 1275 block.

Image

I had a look around struggling to find an adaptor from block to suit my electric sender.

Part : SMITT6811-01 1/8"

I could probably cut a thread at work into the smaller adaptor bush in pic to fit the sender but is there a single bush that would do the trick from the block to sender?

If you post me the sender I will make you one.
The thread in the head is 5/8-18 UNF.

I said before- (I have that tap, give me dimensions needed or a sketch and I will make and post).

[edit] I can make from a 3/8 or 1/2 BSP brass hex plug, dimensions not needed now.

Yes. It is just 'ordinary' 5/8" UNF. the '-18' bit is the threads per inch. If your fitting a steel bolt, grease it to slow the rusting / corrosion.
