Hey Hallsey,

Yes, monkey butt and then some, probably baboon butt by now.

Im in Florence, Italy.

Rides going well, but it sure is tiring.

Love the car, and good luck with the wheels,

Tricky

Quick update
interior is nearly finished but i'm having some wiring gremlins
I only worked on the car this weekend after not touching for about a month(just over it)

Heres a few pics

I put a little toyota badge on the boot for a hint of what lies beneath :D

Image

Also put some POWERFLEX poly engine mounts in to stiffen up the engine movement, seems to have worked well

I bought a set of those PowerFlex poly mounts for my conversion but ended up giving them to Rob ('arjay' on the forums). I'll be interested to see how he goes with his too. I've heard good reports in regards to reducing engine movement a lot.

I've got a set on my car.... made a massive difference to engine movement!
Definitely recommended. :D

I've had them fitted for almost a year now and there is still very little movement of the engine even under very hard driving (track days) and less than ideal high speed down shifts (sh!t trackday driver :P )

Bit of an update

Been stuffing around with the wipers (yes had a look a the sticky's)
but could'nt get the wipers to park, so i decided to fit the starlet wiper motor, made up a little conversion bracket thingy(high tech name)

Had to shorten the mini cable and shorten the outer casing between the
passenger side wheel box and the wiper motor.

I should mention i'm using the starlet switch gear on the column and starlet wiring, anyway works a treat 2 speed ,intermitant and PARK

Hi CL88MN
Was'nt to difficult, i just ground the mounting bracket for the switch gear off the starlet column and welded it to the mini column and as i'm using all the toyoyta wiring its just a matter of plugging it in
hope this helps
