Okay. Will answer those questions. Remember, this is NOT my invention. The creator will let me know if I get anything wrong, but I am sure about 99% of it.

what model toyota did the sc12 come out of, how would i id by looking at it..
4A-GZE Toyota motor. Found in Japanese AE101 and AE92 Corollas, AW11 MR2's, etc. Best one is fitted to AE101 engines (1992-95).

is the belt support wheel adjustable
Yes. It is mounted on a threaded block that runs up the square shaft up a threaded rod. Adjustment nut is on top.

what does the post with split pin do is it a release valve
Backfire pressure release valve. Spring loaded valve that expels excessive pressure created by a backfire from the head. Will prevent damaging the supercharger. Directly above that is the boost gauge outlet.

what parts do i need to take of the toyota, eg drive pulley etc..
ONLY the bare SC12 supercharger. No manifolds, brackets or anything.

what s the best compression ratio to run for 1293 & 1380 motor
Lower CR = higher possible boost PSI. Can safely use anything from 7.5 to 8.5 CR. Above 8.5CR gets a bit hot. Over 9.0 is no-mans-land.

how much extra torque , hp does 6-7 pounds of boost give
It all depends on the OTHER things you do to the motor: head work, cam, fuel type, CR, etc...... lets just say: it adds from 35-50%. Have seen a 850cc motor with supercharger (and other engine tweaks) blow away a 1275.
Superchargers will tend to increase torque greater than they can increase horsepower. Opposite theory for turbos.
