Does anyone know of a way to loosen (remove) a seized rear brake shoe adjuster? Mine is well seized and nothing so far has looked like moving it. If there's a 'special technique' for this I'd love to know. :cry:

have you tried to turn it from the inside with a flat head screw driver bit in a drill??

because its quite large
you can squirt some WD40 in it overnight
someone recently suggested penetrating oil for these types of things too

Thank you for the advice, unfortunately, it wasn't going to shift. In the end, I removed the back plate and used a vice. Should have done this in the first place instead of spending the best part of a day rounding the adjuster off!
