Does anyone have recommended wheel alignment settings for sports road use? The car is a standard hydro setup (no dampers) if that makes any difference.

a good starting point is

front toe out = 1/16th"
caster = 3 or 4 deg
camber = neg .5deg

rear toe in = 1/16th"
camber = neg .5 deg

I agree, that's what mine is set at, it steers well, only difference is I have Pedders (same as Gabriel reds I think) dampers on the front.
[edit] woops I have -1.5° camber on front not -0.5°.

Mine is exactly what Matt has said except I have -1.5 non adjustable lower arms on the front. Handles like a dream 8)

I use standard toe-in at front (<1/8") and <1 deg. neg. camber at all 4 corners and zero toe (O") at rear and +3 deg. caster up front.

But my Minis have been long haul drivers in North America. Zero toe at rear will both aid cornering and track with less tire wear in long haul driving.

I use adjustable hi-los (height), heim jointed lower arms (camber), adj. tie rods (caster) at front and adj. height, shims (toe) and camber brackets at rear.

Ride height is a non-standard 2 1/2 fat fingers (my fingers) between top of tires and wheel arch.

It works.
