Grinded, even both sides, can't get it out even hammered hard. Tomorrow I will drill it out maybe that works?

Looks like you have hammered the remains of the rivet out and spread it to a head, grind it flush again and punch the centre of it with a 6mm PIN punch.
Or go see someone with a press...

Managed to drill one out and took me an hour. Broke 4 drill bits. I think it's made out of the same material of an Iron Man suit. :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:

The original spot is slightly out of position from where I have the hole drilled. Will give myself and the drill a rest. If it doesn't fit back properly, I reckon it might be ok since the seat needs restiching anyway, so might as well change a new frame?
