Does Russell engineering cam's run with the cooper S oil pump?
For road grinds he normally regrinds
your cam, you supply a standard one of your choosing whether pin drive (S) spider drive (1100S) or slot drive (A+).
Alternatively he can grind it onto a new billet, I'm not sure whether pin drive is available in this case, ring him and ask. Billet costs more $$$, obviously.
S pin drive oil pumps AEG410 have been hard to get for a while, but they are appearing again. Pin drive is not the strongest, some recent aftermarket pump shafts have been known to break off at the slot if oil pressure is too high. However the Minisport (SA) ones use a stronger Australian made shaft.
You could use a slot drive pump, either with a slot drive cam, or a spider drive cam + a slot drive adaptor. You need to tap another mounting hole in the S block to fit this pump.
Looks like this-
Graham Russell has these adaptors in stock.
