There is no need for an electric turbo.

The fact that the intake pipe is bigger at the opening that it is when it gets to the filter means that the air will be going WAAAAAY faster when it gets to the carby.

I'm fairly sure its gonna give all the advantages of a proper turbo without any of the extra weight normally associated with them.

im guessing that setup is good for at least 20HP extra at the wheels
