Hydroboost were locals who used to do them. www.hydroboost.com.au

Overseas is J and L spares who will sell you all the parts you require. http://www.jlspares.com/sealkits1.htm

Parts used to be difficult to obtain, but are a lot easier now.

They don't pull apart like modern boosters, and have a few extra parts, so call ahead who ever you use and make sure they know what a Lockheed 5 1/2 Servo looks like.

Yes I had my booster done by them ,South Coast Brake Re-sleeving in Queensland ,they do an excellent job at a reasonable price , but you have to re-plate the pressed metal parts yourself ,I have just left mine silver ,as per the one on ebay ,looks really good .They are very good to deal with

Thats not a bad deal. But from a do-it-at-home perspective only if the parts come back plated and your servo was truly shot. Often they need a set of seals and perhaps a rechromed pushrod. If the pushrod is rusty, the airvalve torn and the diaphragm blown then I would think it better value. Usually the diaphragm and air valve are fine.

Not sure which state you are in but you could post I guess. I just got mine done at vacair. Cost about $300- I think. I called hydroboost but he wasn't interested and told me to try vacair.

Oh, and don't take a booster in that has already been disassembled, they were not at all happy! (even though I bought it that way) and didn't want to touch it.

Looks like there are a few people with good leads to help you out. I was chasing a Lockheed booster for my 'S' back in the '90's, as the local Brake company could not get the atmospheric valve for the booster.
I was put onto Jack Reid in Brisbane and he came up with the goods. I had a chuckle at the Mini Muster in 2009 where I first met Greg Coates. Who should walk up to Greg and hand him a booster, yes it was Jack. I've heard he is not well these days. Hang in there Jack.

its a perfectly simple DIY job ...as long as you can get the bits AND the internal bore is not damaged... Its like a slave or master and corrodes internally in the same way. There are several places that can reclaim the bore with a stainless sleeve... The external air return filter is the hardest part to get hold of IME.

Cheers, Ian

The problem I had with mine was the push rod had corroded and pitted where the seals sat
the guy that rebuilt mine ( Mark Smith ex Campbelltown Brake and Clutch ) had a new stainless shaft
made
All sweet now
