Measure the rotor diameter, S brakes are 7.5".
Or as I said, if the studs are in the drive flange not the disc rotor, they are 8.4s.

They are 7.5" and the studs go through both the rotor and the drive flange.

The rotor is cast iron and shouldn't be welded. In fact it's illegal to weld brake parts.
If a new stud is loose in there I would buy 2 new rotors, they are not real dear. :wink:

Hi Phil...you could try Classic Motoring out at Fishwick (Anto works there I fink)....by the by...the ACT Mini Car Club meets tomorrow night in Deakin...come along and get some more advice :idea:

I have been meaning to get in contact with the ACT Mini Car Club for a while, I've had my Mini for 5 months now. I looked at the web site: 7:30pm at the Deakin Sports and Social Club... see you there :)

Gooooooeed...or 1830 for a Bistro meal ($7 steaks or schnitzels) if you are up for it.....look for the jolly crowd with damaged knuckles :lol:
