Yea - it's a distributorless ignition - you can see the coil packs to the left of where the dizzy is.

how does it sense when to ignite, is there a sensor on the cam, would this mean that spark adv would kick in at a sertain rpm rather than a sertain vacume measuremant,

hasn't ever been done with 5 port has it? :cry:

Yes it has, Benjamin's turbo 1132 runs it. You program it. :wink:

Yes, on Ben's there's a trigger wheel on the harmonic balancer, I machined the balancer to fit it.

so the computer on bens 1152 only controls the ignition firing, it doesn't control anything else like injection or fuel pressure

No injection, it has a real SU carby... so it makes good power. 8)

Well an SU is just easier to setup on a turbo for blowthrough.
Only because they made Metro turbos in UK.... :lol:
It's been done with a Dellorto but takes lots more stuffing about.
